Our Massage Therapists at Hands That Heal Massage and Wellness Center are trained in Prenatal massage and have been helping women both before, during and after pregnancy for 8 years in the Rochester NY and Pittsford NY area.

Research has shown that Prenatal massage is a wonderful complimentary service for prenatal and postnatal care. Prenatal massage can help to relieve many of the discomforts women experience during pregnancy. 

Our Prenatal massages are one hour sessions and are performed in a side lying position for the comfort of mom and safety for your spine. We bolster your body for proper alignment and comfort. It is very important to make certain you see a trained prenatal massage therapist wether you see us or seek other therapists in the area; it is a time when your body is constantly changing as massage is extremely beneficial to both you and your baby. Our facility is a cozy, relaxing safe environment, we have a restroom facility right in the office for convenience and our therapists are well trained and care about your health and the health and safety of you and your baby.
