Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body.
This service is beneficial for joint dysfunction, pain relief, enhancing balanced body, un doing restrictions caused by repetitive motion, sitting, athletes and more.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body all while promoting a state of deep relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. Hot Stone Massage is a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Ask us about adding therapeutic grade essential oils to your massage service. Its FREE!

Now offering Personal Training and Corrective Exercise for our clients. It is my passion and goal to try to help you be your best and live pain free, I have found that a combination of Therapeutic Massage and Exercise can help attain that goal.. From those that have never exercised, or used to and haven't in a long time, to athletes and regular exercisers; training can help enhance your body through identifying which muscles are too tight, which muscles are not working properly and helping to activate and stabilize them so that your joints and body can function optimally.
Why Hire a trainer?
Corrective Exercise can be used for everyone at any fitness level. This training helps to identify muscle imbalances and strives to correct them. it can be used to help continue strengthening and stabilization after Physical Therapy following injury, or to help correct the imbalance creating chronic pain from repetitive strain injuries, poor posture, sitting all day, shoulder issues from many jobs such as paining, carpentry and even massage therapy! Most jobs put us into poor postures and it is important for us to correct them to prevent injury at the gym or during sports or activities, from hiking, skiing to just doing gardening and household chores. poor posture and muscle imbalances can cause stress on your joints that may cause stiffness and pain and even injuries like all tests, shoulder impingements, ankle sprains, back and neck pain and more.
