Each session is done One on One in a private safe location, at Hands That Heal Massage & Wellness Center or virtually on Zoom, where the practitioner holds a space of non judgement, compassion and love for you and leads you through a series of activities to guide you to release blocked energy, reprogram old belief patterns that no longer serve you and guides you through taking it to the body and much more.  There are activities in your sessions , but you will also receive life tools to help you in your every day life as well.

We recommend a series to get the most benefit from this program of at least 6 sessions and we are offering a new client special on the package so you can experience the depth of the benefits of these sessions for yourself.

For Zoom coaching we ask that you ensure you have a safe, private space where you can be fully present for yourself  for your sessions. These sessions are super powerful both in person and virtually, there is no difference in the benefit of either one.
